Requisition required for Legalization requests

Changes to Commercial List & Estate File copy procedures

The Commercial List and Estates court office at 330 University Avenue in Toronto no longer have access to current files and they have also removed the photocopier.  Copies of files are now produced by the court clerks.  Files have to be requested from the basement storage, which takes several hours.  Once it arrives we are contacted and return to the court to request the copies.  Depending on the number of copies required we may be asked to return to the court to pick them up once...
