The new GST rate & Price adjustments for 2008

Effective January 1st, 2008 the new GST rate of 5% is in effect. GST applies to service fees only and does not apply to government disbursements. Service requests made before January 1st will be charged at 6% regardless of the invoice date. We have also implemented minor price increases and a new disbursement administration fee for document filings effective 2008. Please contact our office for complete details.
