Ontario NUANS Search Reports Ontario NUANS Name Search Report - Name Reservation A complete 6-page report: 4 pages of relavent corporation and business names and 2 pages of Trademarks. The first 3 pages include Ontario as well as Federal names and name proposals. Valid for 90 days and are mandatory for named corporations in Ontario. Processing time: from 1 to 2 hours from time name is pre-checked and confirmed by client.	$45.00

Federal (Canada) - NUANS Search Reports Federal - NUANS Name Search Report A complete 6-page report: Similar to an Ontario report but focuses on similar corporate names and proposals across Canada as well as the 2 pages of Trademarks. Federal NUANS reports are also valid for 90 days but must be submitted to Corporations Canada for pre-approval. *Pre-approval additional - See description below. Processing time: 1 to 2 hours from time order is received. Did you know? When incorporating Federally, it is recommended to search the Quebec Corporations database. Quebec corporations, business names and name reservations, which began after December 31, 1993, will not appear on the Nuans report . Federal pre-approval- Name Decision Report    All proposed Federal corporate names require approval by the Corporations Canada. A NUANS report may be rejected if the proposed name does not meet the requirements of the CBCA name regulations. A NUANS report must be ordered and submitted to Corporations Canada for pre-approval. Processing time: minimum 24-48 hours from time report is submitted to Corporations Canada.	$25.00

British Columbia Reports B.C. NUANS Name Search - Inquiry Report A 4-page British Columbia search report for inquiry and research purposes only. Does not include a Name reservation. British Columbia corporate names have to be approved by the Corporate Registry.	$45.00

It is the applicant(s) FULL RESPONSIBILITY for use of the corporate name on the attached report and ensuring that it satisfies the applicable legal requirements or government regulations. Centro Legal Works Inc. ("Centro") assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any loss or damages due to confusion with existing corporate names, business names or trademarks contained, but not limited to, those listed on the attached NUANS report. The NUANS database does not include all names across Canada. Since December 31st of 1993 the Province of Quebec has not submitted corporate and business names to NUANS. Business names registered in Newfoundland and the Northwest Territories are also not shown on the report. The decision to use the proposed name on the report is solely the applicants. Comments or discussions are not and should not be considered legal advice; comments made by Centro are only to provide assistance in the name selection process and should not be the basis for the applicants name decision.

Federal NUANS Name Searches
All proposed Federal corporate names require approval by Corporations Canada. A proposed Federal name report may be rejected if it does not meet the requirements of the CBCA name regulations. Based on the information stated above, additional searches may be required to better determine the availability of a name in Canada. A NUANS report submitted to Corporations Canada for pre-clearance can take 24-48 hours.
