Litigation Filings & Process Serving
We offer a complete range of litigation support services which includes Litigation searches,
Court Filings and Process Serving covering all of Ontario and across Canada.
Through our electronic access across the Canada network of professionals we can obtain
information or physical copies of any litigation court file across the country. Services
are available for Superior Court, Small Claims Court, Court of Appeal, Federal Court and Tax Court.
I. Litigation Filings & Issuances
We offer litigation filing services for Superior Court, Small Claims Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court.
Our staff is knowledgeable in the Rules of Practice and a location next to the Ontario Superior court and
related Court offices allows us to respond quickly and provide efficient court filing services.
As part of our dedication to quality service at competitive prices all Litigation documents will be examined to help weed out
possible errors, missing information or documents prior to filing. Once documents have been filed or issued a PDF copy is sent
right to your desktop for confirmation.

Bulk Sales Affidavit Filings |
We provide filing services for Bulk Sales Affidavits across Ontario. Simply send the
documents to our office with a memo indicating the city of the transaction.
See below for specific document requirements.
Note: Bulk Sales Affidavits must be filed within 5 days of the
date of the sale/transaction. (This includes weekends!) The filing must also be filed where the assets
being purchased are located.
Bulk Sales Filing Requirements:
 2 original copies of the Bulk Sales Affidavit
Statements of Secured and Unsecured Creditors
Backing pages for each set of documents
A cheque payable to the Minister of Finance for $75
A memo on firm letterhead with detailed instructions

A disbursement administration fee will be applied to any filing or issuance where a government fee of $50 or more is paid on your behalf.
All Government, agent, copy, courier and fax fees, where applicable, are in addition to Centro's fees and will be billed as disbursements.

II. Process Serving
Whether your service is down the street or across the country our staff and network of professional agents
will complete your service effectively and efficiently. Once a party has been successfully served a detailed
affidavit of service will be provided. This report is prepared as per Rule 16 - 'Service of Documents' and will
outline the documents served, time and date of service and the name of the party(ies) served. All Affidavits
will be sworn by by a Commissioner of Oaths and returned to the client at no additional cost.
Difficult person to locate? We will use a combination of skip trace searches and the latest Internet search
technology to attempt to locate those 'hard to find' individuals. In the event that our searches do not reveal
any information and the service is unsuccessful an Attempted Affidavit of Service will be provided.
