Return/Refund PolicySearch products and or services are only returnable for a refund or correction if Centro or one of its employees made an error in processing the request. For example, if a search request is made to be conducted on ABC Company Ltd. and the received search results are ACB Company Limited then a corrected search will be supplied at no additional cost. If the incorrect information is provided when requesting the service (the incorrect company name) then additional charges will apply for the correction. A minimum $10 search fee applies to corporate/business name
searches that result in the company being inactive, expired or in default. A search is still
required to determine the status of the company and a screen print will be provided indicating the
company's status. If the client proceeds with the search the regular search fees apply.
An administration fee of 10% applies to incorrect or cancelled orders.
It is the clients full responsibility to ensure that complete and accurate information is provided when placing a
search request. Corporate Supplies – There are no returns or refunds
on Corporate Supplies unless the products are defective. If the product
contains incorrect corporate name or if the name is misspelled then
a corrected item will be supplied at no additional cost. Centro Legal Works Inc. must be notified within 5 business days
after delivery of any corporate supplies that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please note that we cannot accept the return of used items, expired
items or items that have returned more than 10 days past delivery. We
can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at our site
based on the above stated conditions. We reserve the right to only exchange
