Business Name Registration
Form 1: Sole Proprietorship or General Partnership

Sole Proprietorship - this form is used to register an unincorporated business with one (sole) owner. The owner must be an individual and not a corporation. For a business name registered to a Corporation click here.

General Parnterhship - this form can also be used to register an unincorporated business name with 2 or more owners. The individuals may consist of individuals, corporations or other unincorporated businesses. (Not the same as a Limited Partnership.)
